The Purposes of this presentation is to demonstrate the complete YP Quotes workflow. The whole process of completing an order is extremely time efficient and takes around 5 minutes in general. Data storage is as secured as it could be. YP Quotes utilizes all benefits of Cloud Computing including CRM outsourcing and mobile technologies streaming. YP QUOTES

1.0 Creating New Product 1.To create a new product click on Product tab and click New button. 2.Simply fill in all the needed fields such as Product name, Category, SKU and etc. and click Save or Save & Add Price. 3.If you want your product to be active please select Active checkbox. 4.If you want your product to be shippable please select Shippable checkbox. YP QUOTES

1.1 Creating Product Relationship To create a new product relationship click on Edit button in Child Products section located in Product Edit Screen.

1.2 Creating Product Relationship 1.Choose product choice to allow multiple options within one product 2.Choose min, max or default quantity. YP QUOTES

2.0 Creating Leads To create a new lead click on leads tab and click New button. YP QUOTES

2.1 Creating Leads Simply fill in all the needed fields such as Last Name, Company, Lead Status and etc. and click Save or Save & New button. YP QUOTES

2.2 Creating Leads 1.Once the lead is confirmed it can be converted to an opportunity. 2.Click on Convert button to convert a lead to an opportunity. YP QUOTES

3.0 Creating Opportunities To create a new opportunity go to Opportunities tab and select the opportunities that were converted from the leads (Chapter 2). YP QUOTES

3.1 Creating Opportunities 1.You can edit or add additional information once you selected your opportunity. 2.Once opportunity is finalized you can convert it to a quote by clicking Create Quote button. YP QUOTES

4.0 Creating Quotes To create a new quote go to Quotes tab and select the converted from opportunities quote (Chapter 3). YP QUOTES

4.1 Creating Quotes You can edit or add additional information once you selected your quote. YP QUOTES

4.2 Creating Quotes - CONFIGURATOR To add products to your quote please select New Quote Line Item button in your quotes page. YP QUOTES

4.3 Creating Quotes - CONFIGURATOR Here in our SalesForce native configurator you can configure your products and individual line item discounts just like any third parties configurator tools. 1.Click Add button once you Finished product configuration. 2.Click Save Changes button once you configured all products for this particular quote. YP QUOTES

4.3 Creating Quotes - SHIPPING 1.Here you can fill in all needed shipping information. 2.Click on Save button when finished. YP QUOTES

4.4 Creating Quotes Convert quote to an order by clicking on Create Order button when the quote is finalized YP QUOTES

5.0 Creating Orders You can edit or add additional information once you selected your order. Click on Submit for Approval button once the order is finalized. YP QUOTES

5.1 Creating Orders 1.You can see the pending order approval notifications in the approval manager Home tab. They can be also notified through s or mobile devices. 2. Click on Approve/Reject Link to manage the order. YP QUOTES

5.2 Creating Orders Here you can approve or reject the order. YP QUOTES

5.3 Creating Orders – ORDER TRANSFER Once the order is approved you can transfer this order to Oracle or other systems by clicking Transfer button. YP QUOTES
