Pre-Inspection Checklist IMPORTANT! Inspection time is noted in the top right corner. This sheet should be reviewed and initialed prior to the inspection. Please have it on hand when the inspectors arrive. Please come prepared, on- time, and ready to work with the inspectors.

INSPECTION PROCESS IMPORTANT NOTES2 INSPECTIONS OCCUR Inspection time is noted on the Pre-Inspection Checklist. House Manager (or president) must be present. To change inspection time, contact appropriate city/county official. Fire Safety= 14 days to correct. City/Building Inspection = 30 days to correct.
