 CMN profile continues to increase  Issues to confront and lessons to be learned but all with lovely spirit of collaboration

 New website including online registration system  E-newsletter  263% increase in database from 275 to  40% increase in membership from 225 to 314 (half of this attributed to CMN)  860 people attended LGMA (SA) events  Appointment of Membership & Communications Manager and new Finance Officer  Significant improvement in financial performance

 In February 2010 a complete review of LGMA (SA) accounting and financial decision making practices was undertaken  UHY Haines Norton was contracted to assist the Association implement full cost attribution accounting  An LGMA (SA) levy was introduced in order to ensure that all events and initiatives were contributing to overheads such as salaries, rent, insurance, governance, etc

 Further detail re: the CMN account movements and LGMA levy will be presented at the next CMN Coordinating Committee Meeting and on a quarterly basis to that committee
