IEEE N Submission Crowded Chinese Hospital Due to differences on healthcare system, Chinese intent to hospitals and ask helps from doctors. Chinese hospitals are overcrowded terribly. Such as Beijing hospitals, patients from all of China are crowded in lobby, halls, waiting areas, garden, and anywhere
