Instead we should be willing to try alternative such as promoting early mergers or “let the market decide”. –We are rules-heavy. We should only keep rules that work for us. –We should meet an expected response time for any management process (e.g. a guaranteed 2 days for releasing a ballot or 1 day for putting a draft on the server) –“Matrix” job sharing – each person performs more than one role, and each role can be performed by more than one person.
