Magic Hat… Where we’ve been… –Magic Hat Survey May 2009 (included in your binder) Where we’re going… –Share successful lessons/strategies with others online (limited to GMS staff initially) 2

Magic Hat… Why are we doing this??? –to participate in collaborative learning opportunities –to reflect on current practices –to investigate whether authentic learning is taking place in our classrooms 3

How we’re going to get there… 1. Select a quality lesson/strategy to share 2. Lesson/strategy will include a visual and a written document 3. Visual and written document will be posted on Magic Hat… 4
