FLASH 4 Animation by Travis Nichol Based on the comic by Bill Watterson

What I Learned 1.How to motion tween 2.How to shape tween 3.Using edited symbols 4.Using sublayers

Motion Tweens  Set an object where you want it to start  Create motion tween  Set the object where you want it to end  Play

Shape Tween  Draw an object  Select shape tween  Draw what you want the object to turn into  Play

Edited Symbols  Select a grouped object  Edit it in the sublayer  When it plays, it will repeat over and over until you stop it

Using Sublayers When you edit an object, you are using sublayers. They are layers inside the main layer. They help animate an object.

Problems  I couldn’t have a character shape tween and motion tween at the same time  Drawing the characters  Time restrictions

Solutions  Since I couldn’t do a shape and motion tween at the same time, I had to motin tween and change the shape in the sublayer  I found no solution for this. The characters, at times, don’t look how they should  I was here every day after school for tutorial to get this done on time
