Multi-pick Feature

Order multiple items from one search The optional multi-pick feature allows you to choose several titles from a single search and place them on the order form all at one time. To select a multi-pick display, select the Detail Display Menu and choose: Brief multi-pick or Full multi-pick

Performing a multi-pick search  Choose appropriate pull-down options  Press Submit cat  Type your search criteria

Selecting multiple items Brief multi-pick results display brief title information followed by available formats. Click the box beside the title/format you wish to order… you may mark many titles. Press pick items on page to add selected titles to the order form.

Advanced searching Help includes a Boolean overview with examples and diagrams. Advanced search supports boolean: AND, OR, NOT and brackets.

Fields to search The keyword menu, limits your search to a specific field Choose subject browse to search by subject history Enter the subject you’re searching for then press submit.

Subject search results The numbers in parentheses show how many titles are listed under each subject. Click a subject to view it’s titles. Note the cross-references.

Release/copyright search Want only older or more recent items? Use the year menu to limit your search. Hint: “2001+” means 2001 or later

Search for new additions Search the collection by acquisition date.

Search within mediagraphies Search mediagraphies for particular titles.
