ADDING NEW CONTENT Add a new script: Click the drop- down arrow to the right of “Script Documents”. Select “Open Link in New Window”.

Create a new script document: Select New Create a new document Enter data Save CREATING NEW SCRIPTS
If prompted for your login and password again, simply click Cancel. You DO NOT need to re-enter this information. Choose OK to continue and open script. Blank script template
SAVING NEW SCRIPTS Double click Script Documents library Choose Save Name your script
SAVING NEW SCRIPTS This dialog box appears: Enter the Lawson Training Category and Script name and select “OK” to complete your script.
LINKING NEW CONTENT Here is where you can link a Process and/or Screen Shot document to your script. NOTE: You must first create a new Process/Screen Shot document by repeating the steps above, and saving it as a “Process Document” or “Screen Shot Document”.
LINKING NEW CONTENT Link a Screen Shot or Process: Hover over the Script name you created. Click drop-down arrow to the right. Select Edit Properties.
LINKING NEW CONTENT Find the URL in the Process library or Screen Shot library where you saved your document and copy the URL address to paste in the appropriate field. Enter the URL address for the Screen Shot or Process document and select OK.

ADDING THE URL Go back to your Script Documents dialog box and paste the URL address.
PERSONALIZE THE URL Below the URL, enter the link’s name that will display on the Web page. Click OK
