Rescue Cooperation all multiple dispensary (domestic and inter-cases) Victim identification of trafficking person. ​ Health care treatment for the victims. Practice on each role in responsibility All practical action is under the law of Lao PDR

Rescue (continue) Implementation tusk MOSW: shelter (four basic needs), return and reintegration, MOS : law enforcement and investigation MOPH: health care treatment, MOJ, population attorney, population court work with lawyer, lawyer and others related Ministries. ​ Lao women’s Union by conseling and supporting and working on other disciplinary and be considered NGOs INGOs: sponsoring and capacity building

shelter: Rehabilitation ​ Provides food and accommodation. ​ Conseling Job training Health care( physically and mentally) Offers education opportunity(formal and informal higher levels) Investigation in law enforcement practices

II. Safe return and prevent revictimization Prepare -return Identification of the victims Evaluation: family, community chief and data collection regarding on the trafficking brokers. Living skill planning for the victim (job and place to live) Double check and Evaluate before return.

III. Coolaboration: Domestic level Collaboration as multidisciplinary: MOLW, MOPH, MOS... Local organization, the president, education, attorney, population court, justice and local chiefs. All are responsible in awareness on trafficking by preventing and rescuing the victims.

Inter-cooperation level By making MOU. Regional collaboration: GMS, ASEAN, and ASEAN+1 (China).

IV. Action plan Master plan on anti and prevention human trafficking. Law enforcement. Reintegration and prevention the victims. International cooperation Financial support Check and evaluate the master plan and making 5 year- master future plan.

V. Lessons learned from workshop Multidisciplinary system in community level. The successful shelter management. New experiences from participant neighboring countries: TH, CD, VN and MM.
