Opening a File Open word Click file menu Click open menu item Browse and select the file and click on open button in Open dialog box

Status Bar Elements Page - Indicates the page of text displayed on the screen Sec - Indicates the section of text displayed on the screen 1/1 - Indicates the number of pages from the beginning of the document to the displayed page and the total pages in the document. At -Indicates the vertical position of the insertion point from the top margin of the page. Ln - Indicates the virtual position of the insertion point from the top margin of the page. Col -Indicates the virtual position of the insertion point from the top margin of the page.
