The Foods That Will Be Used  The foods that will be used are the following:  Dessert-Apple Crisp  Main Course-Barbecued Chicken  Side 1- Brown Rice Pilaf  Side 2-Rolls

Barbecued Chicken – Main Dish Total number of calculated supplies: 2 ½ cups of chicken stock ½ cup of dehydrated onions 3 qt. of ketchup Graduated garlic 2 tsp. 3 cups of packed brown sugar 49 lb. of raw chicken For 100 servings
