My Academic Strengths 1.I am very organized I always Participate in class 3.I am very hardworking 4.I help out with classroom jobs 5.I am great at math story problems

My Academic Weakness 1.I have sloppy handwriting 2.I am not good at basic math facts 3.I don’t like writing 4.I don’t like math 5. I’m not good at not talking when the teacher is

My Plan to Help My Weakness I am not good at my basic math facts, so every night I practice them for 5 minutes. Also I will go to fun math fact practice websites and play the games.

Social weakness 1.I have a short temper

My Plan to help my weakness I have a short temper. So I am going to keep a note in my desk that say CALM and when I get angry I will look at it to make me calm.
