I. Your NJ Driver License A. Things to have on you when driving: 1. Drivers License 2. Proof of Insurance 3. Registration Card B. Change of address: 1. Report new address within 1 week.
C. Name Change: 1. Report to DMV within 2 weeks. D. Out- of- state license: 1. Apply for a NJ license within 60 days. 2. Must take written & vision test.
II. Proofs of Age and Identity: A. Original Birth certificate or certified copy. 1. Can not be a photo copy. 2. Can not be a certificate from hospital. B. Valid U.S. alien registration card combined with a Social Security card.
