IF history is the story of conflict… What is the issue? Who is on what side? Why? What are the options? What’s the cause? What’s the effect? How do we evaluate results? Can we see its impact on today? How does it relate to our lives?

How do we develop insight and depth? How do we find the answer? What’s the question? How do we find GOOD information?

What are the key people and facts? What are the relationships? What is the point? Why do we need to know this? Can you cite specifics (examples, incidents, etc.)? What’s next? What more do you need to know or what will happen next?

What is the impact? Broaden your thinking. Example: Are these more than just inventions?
