How to Heal Yourself and Others

Whatever is the Behaviour One Has If is of the Body Only It is not the ‘True Self’

Whatever Action or Behaviour One Does One Does in Ignorance And is Unaware of His True Self

If We do not REACT to the Action or Behavior of Another If We remain UNAFFECTED then the Other Person Becomes Quiet and Settles By Himself

One has to Observe the State, Action or Behavior of Another Person Just as a ‘Witness’ Only

When we go to a Temple to Pray to the Lord  We Cry in front of the Lord  We Complaint to the Lord  We Get Angry with the Lord

But the Statue of the Lord does it Do or Say anything ? After Some Time the Person Settles By Himself,Experiences Peace and Serenity and Then Leaves the Temple.

In the same way when we face Difficult Situations or Circumstances in Life We Need to Become Just Like the Statue “Just Do Nothing and Witness the Same”

When we encounter the following situations in life : When Someone Misbehaves With You When Someone Gets Angry With You When Someone Criticizes You or Another Person When Someone Lies When Someone Does not behave as Expected

In these given situations we need to become the Statue Automatically the Other Person will Calm and Settle Down And You will remain Peaceful, Calm and Settled down

Try this Out and Observe the Wonderful Changes that Happen in Your Life ************************************************** Thank You Jai Gurudev
