Frequently Asked Questions Q: Why am I not getting job? A: There is huge difference in knowledge ACQUIRED in college & knowledge REQUIRED in IT industry. Q: Why am I not getting job even though I am having good percentage? A: Company is doing business and has got nothing to do with your percentage. They need people with skill set. Q: I am not selected in campus. What is my future? A: It is a blessing in disguise. They provide training on something & dump you into something. No option in choosing your career.

Q: I do not have good aggregate, will it matter? A: It is the skill set in you what matters not your aggregate. Q: I had backlogs in Engineering, will it matter? A: Companies look into skill set & performance, not your aggregate, percentage or backlogs. Q: I have completed my degree 1 year/ 2 years / 3 years before. Does it matter? A: Companies look into skill set & performance, not your aggregate, percentage, backlogs or year of passing. Q: I am doing my degree. What is the advantage of doing a course now? A: Company prefers academic with technical skills. Doing a course helps you to acquire technical knowledge and be in par with current industry standards.

Q: Can I learn java? A: It is just a language which can be learnt by anybody. Q: I do not know C, C++, OOPs.Can I learn java? A: To learn English, Is Hindi mandatory? OOPs can be learnt in java directly instead of C++. Q: I am from non Computer Science; Can I become a software developer? A: To become a developer, knowledge on a strong programming language like JAVA is required but not branch. Q:What is scope of Java/JEE? A: It is the best programming language available for developing any kind of application (Standalone / Web-based | Distributed | Micro Device) YESTERDAY / TODAY / TOMMOROW. Q: I am confused. I don’t know what course do i.e. Java/JEE, Networking, Testing, SAP, Embedding, C#/.NET, COBOL/ Mainframe, etc?

Types of Software Applications Please Refer to Our Demo Video

Q: Is IT industry safe? A: Developers do not have any risk irrespective of recession. Companies cannot exist without any developers. They are always required. Q: What are the prospects of a software developer and other jobs in IT industry? A: Developers always get the best salary and best career. They become architects. They also have an option of becoming an entrepreneur and starting their own IT Company. Q: Will java be replaced in the coming years? A: Impossible! Java is the only programming language preferred by developers all over the world since 20 years. Q: Is there any easy way of getting job in IT industry? A: There is no shortcut for success. Backdoor entry simply means Front door exit.

Q: I have already done a course & I didn’t get a job, why? A: Your skill set is not matching with the advanced cutting edge technologies used currently in the industry. Q: Is in-depth knowledge on Java/JEE required for a fresher? Won’t the company provide me training? A: Companies are seeking ready resources today. If at all training is provided it will be very minimal (around 10%) for a short period of time. Rest of the effort (i.e. 90%) is on the candidate’s side. Getting a job is very easy, but survival in Software Industry with half baked knowledge is very difficult & it’s a night mare. Q: My friend got placed learning Java/JEE in 45 days. Won’t fast-track courses really help? A: Impossible! Person with 45 days of training can only work on maintenance or support. Companies take basic java candidates and put them to Support team where actual development won’t be happening. Candidates will realize this at a later stage but by then his/her career would have been ruined. It’s totally a candidate’s risk to do a fast track course & move into some support job -or- learn in-depth and set-up his/her career in Java Development. Q: I am very weak in academics. Can I be a Java Developer? A: To start a career in Java Development all you need a good teacher to train you in-depth & your effort by dedicating minimum 2-4 hours a day in practicing what is being taught. It does not need any extra-intelligence. All it needs is basic common sense & focused hard work. Q: If I want to do java why do at Cluster? A: We train from grass-root level to hi-fi cutting edge technologies. We are having Development, Database, UI (Designing) & Testing under one roof.

Q: Does Cluster provide exposure to real time projects? A: We do have projects which will be guided and developed by real time architects with 10 – 15 years of experience. Q: What about placements in Cluster? A: We have tie-ups with many companies. Interview calls will be provided as the course progresses.
