Q: I have already done a course & I didn’t get a job, why? A: Your skill set is not matching with the advanced cutting edge technologies used currently in the industry. Q: Is in-depth knowledge on Java/JEE required for a fresher? Won’t the company provide me training? A: Companies are seeking ready resources today. Won’t fast-track courses really help? A: Impossible! Person with 45 days of training can only work on maintenance or support. Companies take basic java candidates and put them to Support team where actual development won’t be happening. Candidates will realize this at a later stage but by then his/her career would have been ruined. It’s totally a candidate’s risk to do a fast track course & move into some support job -or- learn in-depth and set-up his/her career in Java Development. Q: I am very weak in academics. Can I be a Java Developer?
