55 year male 120kg, 6ft3’ tall ACL injury 15 years ago Recent increase in instability symptoms, stepping off curb, twisting while carrying objects, becoming more frequent and more troublesome Now getting some medial joint pain, worried about the future of the knee. Would like to fix the instability which is now causing pain. Very active at work but doesn’t do much sport. ?HTO ?ACL r/c ?combine both Would anyone consider and ACL and Uni at the same time? Any other thoughts?
