 He is best known for his remarkable breakthroughs in the causes and preventions of disease. His works rescue us from germs first. It reduced 50% to 3% of death rate. And he had found theory of germs, He was best known to the general public for inventing a method to stop milk and wine from causing sickness.  Germ theory  Pasteur demonstrated that fermentation is caused by the growth of microorganism, for example he saved daily farming with his theory of germs he declared low-temperature ripening. It kills harm germs in wines. Louis Pasteur

 1822 – December of 27 he was born in Dore.  He attended Ecol Norman school.  He started to study biogenesis.  He proofed wines do not be acidic if we boil wine at 50~60C  1871 – he studied about fermentation of beer.  1877 – he studied anthrax in east of France  1879 – he had found vaccine theory during study fowl cholera.  1880 – he studied about Rabies  1881 – June of 5, he succeed a test to prevent anthrax in sheep.  1885 – July of 6 Maistre came to Pasteur to get vaccine to cure Rabies  1888 – Institute Pasteur opened.  1895 – September of 28 he passed away Timeline
