Clean Ohio Revitalization and Assistance Fund (Brownfields) The Clean Ohio Brownfield Revitalization Fund Program provides grants to address environmental obstacles and remove blighting influences Grant funds can be applied to Asbestos Surveys, Phase II Environmental Assessments, Demolition, Removal of Contaminated Soils and other activities Application for CORF are ranked and prioritized by District 19 and then sent to the Clean Ohio Council for final funding decisions.

OPWC District 19 Natural Resources Assistance Council Funds from the Clean Ohio Program (State Bond Program created in 2000 from State Issue 1) Assists in Financing Clean Ohio Conservation Program Projects that protect Natural Areas, Streams and Wetlands Provides Grants for the acquisition of Open Space and Riparian Corridors Stark County’s allocation has been about $1.1M NRAC evaluates project applications and creates Priority List for Submission to OPWC
