Phase Two In 2001 In 2001 To further strengthen the public administration system, the Government with its Resolution firstly abolished the Agency and then established it under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan In 2006 a new Law on Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services of the Republic of Tajikistan with the financial support from the World Bank was adopted New standard bidding documents and normative acts were developed.
