Ignition Interlock Device (HB 7125, July 1) : – Lowers IID breath levels to from 0.05 – Drivers with IID medical waivers must wait out IID time if reinstating early, or must be issued EPO if reinstating after revocation has expired Medical Review (HB 7125, July 1) : – Removes association membership requirement for board members – Removes language allowing tax collectors to send customers to Department for medical re-exams 3 Driver License Changes

CDL Holders (HB 7125, July 1) : – Disqualifies CDL for use of handheld communication devices – CDL learner’s permit holder cannot elect school in lieu of points – Aligns CDL disqualifications with federal regulations 4 Driver License Changes
