Pulse Racing - Role 2 Office Assistant Key responsibilities of the office assistant will be: Membership administration - keeping details of members up to date, sending out information and ensuring fees paid on time Updating the website and on-line communication with customers about the club as directed by club manager Keeping records of all financial transactions including income and expenditure Keeping personnel records – ensuring records are complete on all staff members, filed and organised Ordering stationery supplies and other office supplies
Pulse Racing - Role 3 Assistant manager (Sports Hall and Gym) Key responsibilities of the assistant manager will be: Excellent customer services – programmes put on for customers to ensure as many people as possible participate Excellent facilities – ensuring the hall, gym and equipment are always clean and operational and improved where necessary Allocating work to staff members – making sure that everyone knows their jobs and their shifts Staff members able to perform well – they know how to do their job and they enjoy their work Promoting the hall and gym – making people aware of the programmes and facilities on notice-boards and on the website
