What is labret ? It represents all kinds of pierced lip ornaments Labret=lip plates + lip plugs

Why do that? The one real reason is for beauty! The other is for the marriage.

How to do ? Use a stick, to make a hole in the lip, then gradually make it bigger.

For the sara people? The have lip plates in both up and down lips.
