Objectives Share your vision of the Africa we want in 2063 Propose the way forward in terms of milestones, key drivers, enablers Identify priorities for Agenda 2063 Identify the risks and threats to attainment of Agenda

DAY I. Learning from the past: The African Development Experience Share information about Agenda 2063 and bring all participants to the same level of understanding. Take stock of past experiences and draw lessons both from successes and failures Create a forum for sharing African development experience /lessons at the national, regional and continental levels ( Lagos Plan of Action, Abuja Treaty, MIP, NEPAD, PIDA, Peace and Security, Governance, Human Rights etc)

DAY II. Looking into the future: feedback on the type of Africa we want in 2063 What should be the key goals and objectives of Agenda 2063? What should be the structure/components of Agenda 2063  What is the Africa we want in 2063 including milestone suggestions  What are the priority actions for Agenda 2063  What would be the drivers and enablers leading to the Africa we want in 2063  What are the risks, threats and mitigation factors  How do we get there?

DAY III. How do we make it happen: Agenda 2063 Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation Framework Key actors and players Key components of Agenda 2063 implementation process Policy/legislative measures and institutional arrangements needed Critical capacity issues to be considered Innovative financing schemes
