WHAT DID JESUS ACCOMPLISH ON THE CROSS? WHY DID JESUS HAVE TO DIE? 1God created mankind to have a faithful relationship with Him. 2Man rebelled against God and SIN entered the world. MAN GOD MAN GOD SIN GOD WHO IS PERFECT HAS TO PUNISH SIN!!

GOD LOVED MAN SO MUCH THAT HE DECIDED TO PAY THE PRICE HIMSELF! HOW? HE CAME TO EARTH TO BECOME A MAN, AND DIE FOR US! 3God had a choice to either: ALeave man to pay the price for his sinfulness. BFind someone else to pay the price for man. Acts 2:23 NIV 23 This man was handed over to you by GOD’S SET PURPOSE AND FOREKNOWLEDGE; and you, with the help of wicked men, put him to death by nailing him to the cross.

A JUDGE HAD A TRAMP BROUGHT BEFORE HIM AND HE WAS FOUND TO BE GUILTY OF BEING DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. THE JUDGE FINED THE TRAMP BUT HE COULD NOT PAY. THE JUDGE LEFT THE COURT AND PAID THE FINE. THE FINE HAD BEEN PAID, THE LAW UPHELD AND THE TRAMP WAS FREE TO GO! THIS IS WHAT GOD HAS DONE FOR US!

(2 Cor 5:21 NIV) God made him who had no sin to be SIN for us, so that in him we might become the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God. SCRIPTURE JESUS BELIEVERS He was made SIN With our SINFULNESS We are made RIGHTEOUS with His RIGHTEOUS NESS

(Heb 2:9 NIV) But we see Jesus..... now crowned with glory and honour because he suffered DEATH, so that by the grace of God he might taste DEATH for everyone.
