Movies and The Most Dangerous Game

 Still in your assigned group, students will choose a movie from the list provided by the teacher. This movie will be the next subject of a plot diagram.  ALL members of the group will open the "Plot Diagram Map" document into Notability and complete the map for their assigned movie. Everyone should work together and each produce their own document that mirrors that of their group members. If I see anyone NOT contributing, you will lose points on your Presentation!

 Finally, the group will create a Keynote presentation that takes the information from the Plot Diagram Map and puts it into individual slides. Only one person needs to have this on their iPad. You should include pictures. You must have a title slide. You may include a trailer on the first or second slide. On Separate Slides, you must identify the:  Main Characters and Conflict  Exposition  Rising Action (all you listed on the document)  Climax  Falling Action (all you listed on the document)  Resolution

 Matt, Michael G., Alexis, Alicia, Katie  Connor, Emma, Marcella, Jansen  Oscar, Reece, Haden, Evan,  Sam, Michael C., Mary Claire, Gabby  Jacob, Natalie, Kyle, Spencer, Timmy

 Da’Shawn, Will, Stephen  Ethan, Kirstie, Nathan, Zach Z.  Raul, Zach K., Brooke, Jack  Trey, Casey, Kishan, Wyatt  Thomas, Kellen, Adam  Noah, Carlos, Harrison, Carlye

 Nick, Hailey, Emma, Jarrett, Aaron  Trey, Shea, Jessica, Nathan  Scott, Alaina, Reece, Skylar, Grant  Cullen, Timmy, Melia, Jacqueline  Preston, Brennan, Dylan, McEwan

 Open your textbook to page 144. We will be reading a short story called The Most Dangerous Game.  This is one of my all time favorite stories! I think you will really enjoy this adventure tale!

 How did Rainsford end up on the island?  What was Rainsford famous for writing?  When Zaroff decided he was becoming bored of hunting animals, who/what did he then decide to hunt?  Where did Zaroff get his new “game animals” from?  How did Rainsford stay alive for so long? What did he keep making?  How does Rainsford finally win the hunt? How do we know that from the story?

 Open the “Plot Diagram Map” in iTeach again.  On your own, fill out the map for The Most Dangerous Game.  You may NOT TALK during this exercise.  You MAY listen to music to help you concentrate.  Submit this as a pdf when you finish.
