All other trademarks are property of their respective owners What Test Takers Need to Bring to the Test Center Test takers must have acceptable and valid ID with their name, signature and photograph to be admitted to a test center – ID requirements are strictly enforced Test takers must have the names of schools where they would like to send their scores The following items are not allowed in the testing room: – Food, drinks and tobacco – Cell phones, smartphones (e.g., Android TM, BlackBerry®, iPhone devices), PDAs and other electronic or photographic devices – Personal items other than identification documents 2

All other trademarks are property of their respective owners At the End of the Test When all of the test sections have been completed, test takers are asked if they would like to report or cancel their scores –Although they have the option to cancel their scores, they should consider very carefully before doing so because the score reporting choices available with the ScoreSelect SM option allow them to report only the scores they feel reflect their personal best If test takers cancel their scores, neither they nor any schools will ever see them, and the scores will not be part of their reportable history If test takers select to report their scores, they will view their unofficial Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning scores on the screen and the scores become a part of their reportable history – Test takers do not view their Analytical Writing scores at this time due to the essay scoring process 18

All other trademarks are property of their respective owners At the End of the Test (continued) When viewing their scores, test takers can choose not to send their scores at this time or they can select either ScoreSelect SM option below for each of their four FREE score reports: – Most Recent option – Send scores from current test administration – All option – send scores from all test administrations in the last five years The ScoreSelect option lets test takers decide which GRE® scores from their reportable history to send to the institutions they designate. Test takers can send the scores that they feel reflect their personal best. There are other options for sending scores after test day 20

All other trademarks are property of their respective owners Test Takers Can Approach Test Day with More Confidence Test takers never need to send scores from a particular administration if they feel the scores don’t reflect their personal best. They always have the option to take the test again. Individuals can take the GRE® revised General Test once every 21 days, and up to 5 times within any continuous rolling 12-month period. Individuals taking the paper-based GRE revised General Test or a GRE® Subject Test, may take the tests as often as they are offered. 21
