Day 1 Wednesday May 14 th, am Departure From Circleville Middle School
Luxury Coach Buses Yankee Trails Bus Company
1 rest stop on the way down, Delaware Memorial Welcome Center Student paid breakfast
12 pm, meet escorts at the Newseum with lunch ( stipend to be provided).
2:30pm Ford’s Theatre and The Petersen House Where Lincoln was shot
Where Lincoln died
3:45 pm White House for picture taking
5 pm Dinner at National Place (stipend to be provided).
7:30pm Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial,
Korean War Veteran’s Memorial, World War II Memorial
9:00pm Check in at the Best Western - Arlington
Day 2 Thursday May 15 th, am breakfast at the hotel
8:30 am Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial
FDR Memorial
Jefferson Memorial
10:30 am National Air & Space Museum at Steven F. Udvar Hazy Center with lunch
Home to the Space Shuttle Discovery
1:30pm Embassy Row
National Cathedral Tour (drive-by)
2:30pm Group picture at the Capital Building
U.S. Capital Building (exterior tour)
3:30pm U.S. Holocaust Museum
5:30pm Return to the hotel
7:00pm student dance cruise on the Cherry Blossom with pizza
Day 3 Friday May 16 th, :00am breakfast at the hotel and checkout
8:00am Arlington National Cemetery
Iwo Jima Memorial
11:00am Sightseeing on the Smithsonian Mall to include: Museum of Natural History
Museum of American History
National Air & Space Museum ($10.00 lunch stipend to be provided).
4:30pm Depart for home
Dinner stop at Baltimore Inner Harbor Student paid dinner
10:00pm to 11:00pm Estimated time of arrival in Circleville
