NIA Certification Process

New Insights is one of the best run businesses I have ever come across and your model should be taught in all MBA schools. Well done. The practical requirement of the "guinea pigs (practice coaching clients) is superb as one really gets a feel of the course content, how to present, the problems, etc, BEFORE we write the exam. This is hugely beneficial as we have a working knowledge of the 13 sessions, not just a theoretical knowledge. The 13 session coaching programme which comes with the course is incredibly useful. It means that you can really hit the ground running, "play the part before you get the part" so to speak, once you start coaching and start building valuable coaching experience. You have something to work with as you build on your knowledge, experience and confidence. The programme is well designed and works very well. The programme was worth every cent. I think that everyone can benefit from the practical lessons offered. It helped to put my own life in focus. I now have a better understanding of the driving forces behind human behaviour. I've incorporated it into my own life and the result is a more inspired life that makes more sense. Perhaps a bit about group coaching, although I have not done it, I do not think it will be a train smash to do the 13 sessions in a group environment, but it would be nice to hear if you would do it in a group and how you would go about it. It makes it more accessible to the client (price wise) and more profitable for the coach. I am not sure if you included this on the manuals as I have not read them before, but perhaps an insight on how to market on the internet would be nice as I believe this is the way to go. It forms a wonderful base from which you can grow and work confidently in the world with. I would certainly recommend it. Overall, I think with someone who has never looked at a self development or read all the spiritual books etc, the course is great, but I sometimes needed more to offer the women coming to me. Many were very well read and were looking for "more. We had to break through some strong fears and one big issue I cover a lot is handling stress better, living without fear and going back to your centre. So while looking at your purpose is good to keep there as a light at the end of the tunnel, I found many more issues getting in the way and it would take longer than just 6 months to break through to get to the purpose. Maybe other coaches also deal with these things a lot? I don't know yet, its early days. What I love about New Insights is its humour and simplicity - I feel from having watched the DVDs that I know Neil and Natasha personally and I really just love everything about it. Studying this programme has really helped to grow tremendously as a person and consequently I am now able to nurture others and help them to grow and not necessarily always in a Life Coaching Training environment. Some additional volunteered comments from our coaches
