Indications Insert the Periotome Tip into the handpiece. Activate the mechanical Luxator and luxate at a low speed (2000 -4000 rpm) Internal water or spray should be turned off on the unit.

How to work with the Luxator LX Let the LX periotome Tip work around the tooth to cut the periodontal fibers. Press firmly and follow the surface of the root. In the event of the Tip dislodging from the handpiece, stop the procedure, remove the Tip from socket and reinsert it into the handpiece.

Reciprocating tip in a vertical direction Use a Luxator Forte to judge the actual status of the luxation. If necessary continue the procedure with the Luxator LX If penetration into the socket is difficult, Use a Luxator Periotome to get better access and continue to work with the Luxator LX.
