Patient of 59 years old Tissue diagnosis been made with cell block of the pericardial fluid appeared soon after the consultation causing cardiac tamponade requiring pericardial centesis. Symptomatic thrombosis of left femoral vein Adenocarcinoma, EGFR mut (-) Treatment: anticoagulant; Carbo + Pacli + Bevacizumab
