This file aims to provide on overview of all sections within SIMPLE (at April 2010) in an interactive easy to use tutorial. Navigation buttons at the top right of the screen allow the user to start afresh, go straight to the end or return to the main page to look at another SIMPLE feature. Screen dumps held within this file may change as SIMPLE is developed but the general principles can be grasped from these examples. Should you feel this site will be useful to any of your colleagues, just pass on the URL or download this file for them; there are no login restrictions. Particularly note the Frequently Asked Questions page where we hope to build explanations beneficial to all our customers and where we provide an address to comment on SIMPLE and/or this tutorial. The invoice is broken down into report numbers which are broken down further into report lines. The most appropriate look up reference has been used. This file provides all the current invoice report lines matched to exact CPL references (charge band and Communications Provider name) allowing look ups to be made; BT termination rate lookups can be found in the third link on the page the example of this is to the right of this one.
