Overview Warm Front scheme re-opened April 2011 Revised changes to the qualifying criteria have made it difficult to find eligible households budget £110 million with additional £10 million from Dept of Health. Next year’s budget £100 million £30 million underspend – money will go back to Treasury and not carried over as in previous years
