Introduction Course Content: Corporate Finance and most important processes of CFM The objective of the course is to provide an overview of concepts and processes associated with the Corporate Finance Management. The course is aim to the Extended Treasury team (Instructor Users and Final User) 3

Course Content Although the CFM course cover all Corporative Treasury processes, the second release will cover the Credit Line operations, which include: Endorsements Loans Leasing and Renting 4

Course Content The principal activities related to Corporate Finances are: 5 Reports Posting/ Accruals Back Office (Validation/ Verification) Trading (Negotiation/ Load) Master Data Maintenance Posting Contract Cancelation Renewing Change View Settle Reverse Cancel Historic Posting Control SETTLE RELEASE

Course Content Financial Intermediaries: 6 The Financial Intermediaries could be a bank, a person, a financial entity, or other group company in which we conduct financial transactions Inquirer AreaMaster Data Administrator 1. The inquirer area verify the portfolio. If it doesnt exist, request the master data administrator for its creation. 2. Verify the collected information and create the portfolio in SAP.

Course Content Financial Operations: 7 The trading area can enter, search or change fianancial operations. Trading Back Office Financial Accounting The financial operations are liquidated at the Back Office. The Liquidation function is used to monitor and verify the financial information. The process can add outstanding data, I.e. payment instructions or accounting diagram. Once Trade has entered it operations and were verify and completed by Back Office, are processed for accounting porpuses. The accounting area include system functions to transfer data to Fiancial Management, i.e., accounting reports, or position management postings, and tasks to perform end of period closings.

Course Content Before run an operation we should know the following concepts: 9 Important Concepts: Product Class: The Product Classes are used to make a difference between financial products at the market. i.e..: Loans Operation Class: The Financial Class Operation indicates what can be done with each product class. Movement Class: The movement Class describes the payment flow at the closing of every operation, i.e.: Capital Increase, Interest, Commissions.
