© 3GPP 2014 Welcome to TSGs #64 12 Logistics – Start time You will need to be in ETSI reception at 6pm prompt on the day Please wear your shirt so we can identify you We will walk then to “La Source” where the charity event starts and where the social event will be held (10 min walk) You can change clothing: During afternoon coffee break Between close of meeting and 6pm (limited time) Between arriving at La Source and the event start (limited time) Baggage can be left (at own risk) In a locked storage room at ETSI (retrieve before 8pm or after 8am) Locked in your car out of sight
