Indirect Services Talent Development Department 15 Lessons and activities are prepared by the TD Teacher in collaboration with the Classroom Teacher (contracts, projects, etc.) Gifted identification is also part of Indirect Services provided by the TD Catalyst Teacher.

Direct Services Talent Development Department 16 Lessons for gifted learners that are the sole responsibility of the TD Catalyst Teacher Lessons are developed and taught to gifted learners by the TD Catalyst Teacher Twice a month or more during FLEX support Demonstration Lessons Small group instruction Activities related to classroom instruction Small group lessons (push-in / pull-out)
