STORY My aunties name is Auntie Felista. She married a man called Uncle John Heeley Uncle John is half Spanish and half English he has a niece called Georgia. Auntie Felista is from Kenya.
THE WEDDING We went to Debenhams to buy the dress and shoes. we had our hair and make-up done by a hair dresser called Shirley at the Bluebell inn in Barnsley. Auntie Felista’s parents travelled from Kenya. Georgia and her family travelled from Gran Cranaria.
WHAT WAS SPECIAL My auntie sang a song after she got married. There was lots of singing and dancing with lots of food to eat. Mum gave a speech about women There was lots of cheering an we covered the floor with colourful cloth for aunty to walk on
HOW IT MADE ME FEEL It made me happy because lots of my friends where there. It also made me feel special because she chose me to be a bridesmaid. I felt like a princess.
