Grade Six Trip My grade six trip is to Xi An. But I was sick and I missed the trip. I was very disappointed. I rested at home until I have recovered. But I learnt something about Xi An on website.

Emperor Chin The emperor name is Ying Zheng. He is the first emperor of China. Qin Shi Huang is an important figure in Chinese history. He ruled 32 year in china.

Terracotta warriors Thousands of years ago peoples built 8,000 of terracotta warriors in Xian. Some of the terracotta warriors have become in pieces. When emperor died they buried him in the tomb and the construction workers built a lot of terracotta warriors.

Drum Tower The Drum Tower is located in the heart of Xi An, along with the Bell Tower. It is a symbol of the city. Some drums are inside the drum tower and peoples play the drum in there.

Old City Wall Ancient Peoples built a wall to protect the city long time ago. It is very long. My brother and my classmates rode bike on it, and it takes 2 hours. But some of my classmate has got hurt from the broken bikes.

History Museum The museum has a lot things from long time ago. The museum houses over 300,000 items including murals, paintings, pottery, coins, as well as bronze, gold, and silver objects.

Muslim quarter mosque It was built a long time ago and renovated in later periods. The mosque is for Muslin people to visit. It is in downtown of Xi An. There is a shopping street outside. My brother bought a knife there.

Aquarium My classmates watched the fish and dolphins show in there. They also watched a mermaid show. My brother and a classmate took a picture with an alligator. I think it’s funny.
