The BD – 3000 Consists of 4 Sections: Capsule’s Orientation Capsule’s Banding Capsule’s Drying Capsule’s Ejection

Banding Station The BD – 3000 banding station consists of a heated tank where a rotating roller takes the banding solution from the tank applying it to the capsule exactly on the capsule junction (body-cap).

Capsule Transfer Disc 1 Disc 1 Capsule are rectified and positioned into cavities of the rotating disc which takes them to the banding station

Capsule Transfer Disc 2 Disc 2 After Banding the capsules are transferred in vertical position with cap down to the second disc. The banded capsules remain in this disc for drying for over four minutes.

The BD – 3000 gives you the needed band to avoid leakage of the liquid fill capsules provided by the IN-CAP.
