PERSONAL STYLES What are the strengths of your style? What are the limitations of your style? What do the other styles need to know about you so that you can work together effectively? Think about these questions in relation to your dominant direction.

In relation to your role as a coach….. How does your style help establish and maintain an effective coaching relationship? What challenges are there for your style? What aspects of the other styles might you find hard to manage? What strategies might you employ? In your role as Teaching and Learning coaches, what are the implications of this? Get into personality groups – All Norths, All Souths etc Discuss Questions – on cards on tables – Pick a spokesperson and report back to the whole group Move into sub regional groups. Make a visual representation of your groups personality types. – Paper, pens ,sticky dots – put sub region name in it. Team leaders to lead this activity and to show and tell representation.
