Subscription Renewals Subscriptions are annual and renewable Notice provided 1-2 months prior to end date Auto-renewals will receive invoice days before end of subscription cycle*; new subscription agreement required otherwise May change subscription type upon renewal; subscription upgrades can be done anytime * Auto-renewal obligates institution to subscription unless QM is notified prior to end of subscription of intention not to renew ©MarylandOnline, Inc All rights reserved

Fees Subscription fees vary by type of subscription QM trainings and QM-managed reviews are fee-for- service and listed on fee schedule IR responsible to ensure subscription is current and all fees are promptly paid (will receive all invoices). See current fee schedule on website – fee changes may be made at any time, with 30 days notice Typically, QM will make changes to fees, if any, only once a year.
