Presentation transcript:

Who wants children to never go to bed hungry?

Who wants all parents to be able to earn a living?

Who wants to end global hunger forever?

With God all things are possible.

Right now, CRWRC is working alongside church and community leaders

to fight poverty and hunger around the world.

This Includes: Disaster response…

Emergency food, water, shelter, health kits, mosquito nets, seeds and tools;

Reconstruction of homes and community buildings;

Job training and restoration of livelihoods;

Replanting crops, and improving food security.

Community Development…

Job skills and literacy training;

Microcredit loans for small businesses;

Sustainable agriculture education and programs;

Support for widows, orphans and people living with HIV and AIDS;

Training in providing pastoral care and support.

And Justice -

Training in widow, children and women’s rights;

Civic education and advocacy with local and regional governments;

Education on fair pay for products, services and a good day’s work.

Will you join them?

If each one of us does our part, we can change the world.

When we pray to God and work together, we CAN end hunger.

Who’s in?

Are you?

Please give generously this World Hunger Sunday.
