The Mysterious Painting in the Old Church

This is the old church of St Paul in the centre of City. Its not used by the church anymore Why do you think there is building work going on?

The council are turning it into an Arts Centre for the whole community. What happens in a Church? What happens in An Arts Centre? Do you think this will work?

When the builders started work they hit a problem! On the wall behind the altar they found a large old forgotten painting.
