Measured Progress © Student Labels Student labels will be provided for every student in the WAVE file as of February 7 th. They should be placed on the answer documents for grades 4 and 5 and test book for grade 3. Students with Labels: Verify Student Information  Use the label as directed unless the grade is incorrect. For incorrect grade labels, please disregard the label and bubble the student information on the student demographic page.  If any other information on the student ID label is incorrect, use the label. There is no need to bubble corrections on the student demographic page.  If a school receives labels for students who are no longer enrolled, the labels should be destroyed. Students without Labels:  If a student does not have a label for any reason (e.g., label is missing, lost or damaged), bubble the student information on the student demographic page of the answer document for grades 4 and 5 and test book for grade 3.  If student ID labels for an entire class are missing, students may bubble their own demographic information.

Measured Progress © OCCRA Portal Log-in Go to the OCCRA Portal URL, and enter your unique username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” Next, enter your username and click “Reset Password.” If you have forgotten your username, click “Contact Measured Progress.” An will be sent via Outlook to Measured Progress who will provide support to users experiencing difficulty accessing their account.

Measured Progress © Tracking Shipments The Materials Management link in the Administration menu allows the user to view shipment history.

Measured Progress © Ordering Additional Materials The Materials Management link in the Administration menu allows the user to order additional materials. Clicking on Order Additional Materials will send users to the Measured Progress additional ordering site. Users will need to have their MP shipcode (found on the packing slips) to place additional orders. Only materials originally shipped, will be available.

Measured Progress © UPS Pick Up Request The Materials Management link in the Administration menu will be used to schedule the UPS pick up at the end of testing. Clicking on UPS Pick UP Request will send users to the Measured Progress UPS pick up site.
