GRAB YOUR INTERACTIVE READERS! Warm-up: In some of the poems that we will soon read, the speaker both longs for those he/she loves, then prefers solitude. Answer the questions in complete sentences by rephrasing the question in the answer… 1. What is the difference between loneliness and solitude? (If you’re struggling, consult a dictionary). 2. Is solitude important? Explain your response in a couple of sentences.

 Period 3: Bring supplies for the Pets R Us drive!  5 extra credit points (total of 15 points) for each item.  Pass forward homework from last night.  Volunteer to collect them in 1 minute?  Homework: Work on Key Terms Study Guide!  You no longer have to bring your textbooks AS LONG AS NOBODY STEALS ANOTHER OF MY BOOKS!!!  As soon as I’m missing another book, all books are going away …forever!!!
