For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. Ineffective: 1) free from labour, at leisure. 2) lazy, shunning the labour which one ought to perform. Unfruitful: 1) metaphorically without fruit, barren, not yielding what it ought to yield.
