Project Management l Coordinate services—main point of contact to the IEEE-SA l Create and maintain schedule l Manage financials l Attend WG teleconferences l Maintain WG documentation

Project Management l Coordinate editorial reviews l Form the balloting group and work to expedite the balloting process l Provide support for the final project submittal to the IEEE- SASB Review Committee (RevCom) to ensure approval

Draft document development support l Advice/training on the use of the IEEE Standards Style Guide and the template Word l One comprehensive editorial review l Expedited response to editorial issues that may be raised before or during the mandatory editorial coordination (MEC).

Ballot support l Invitation to ballot with public notice l Assist with ensuring ballot return l Expedited level of service l Assist with ballot comment resolution l Compile an excel spreadsheet to facilitate ballot comment resolution (BCR) l Administrative and procedural guidance in ballot responses

Maintenance of WG documentation l Private area has been established on the IEEE-SA web area l Any documentation that facilitates the WG’s progress l An upload script will be established so that subgroups can use it at their convenience

Maintenance of WG documentation l SA staff (Brenda or Noelle) will organize uploads as they arrive l Next steps: l Username and password distribution (usually to WG members) l What subfolders should be established (usually correspond to subgroups)? l Upload script distribution—please note the sub-folder in the comments section
