TEAM NORMS As part of the John Wallace Middle School Team, we hold each other responsible for the following team norms: 1.Every meeting has a purposeful and meaningful agenda that is established prior to the meeting in order to keep the conversation focused. 2.Each meeting starts and ends on time with all participants present at the designated start time. 3.We listen and speak respectfully with an open-mind until the other person is finished sharing. 4.We come to all meetings prepared and conduct ourselves in a professional manner without distraction (i.e. using electronic devices, grading papers, etc.)
