Joyce Fama is an award winning Connecticut sculptor. Her medium is fired clay that is finished with custom patinas. She has studied with Steffi Friedman of Westport, CT, Sol Weinstock of Miami, FL, and the Art Students League in New York City. Joyce is a member of the Society of Connecticut Sculptors and the Rowayton Arts Center. She has exhibited in a number of shows and galleries: The Santarella Gallery in Tyringham, MA; the Bank of Chicago in Chicago, IL; The Norwalk Savings Bank in Norwalk, CT; Greenwich Library in Greenwich, CT; Rowayton Arts Center in Rowayton, CT; Earth Place in Westport, CT; City Lights Gallery in Bridgeport, CT and some of her sculptures are in private collections.
